General Cafeteria Information
Illinois Free Lunch and Breakfast Programs
All public schools in Illinois must offer free lunch, and Kell School also offers free breakfast. Schools that participate in the NSLP or School Breakfast Program (SBP) are automatically enrolled in the Illinois Free Programs.
